Our History
Beta Care Training Institute (BCTI) was founded in October 2018, as an initiative of Beta Care Hospital. The school is a brain child of the founder and current C.E.O of Beta Care Hospital, who also serves as its Managing director.
Our Growth
Beta Care Training Institute has gone through a metamorphosis over the years to its current state. We started by offering a Certificate in Patient Attendant (health care assistant). After getting accredited by TVETA in 2020, we also started accepting students for training in Certificate and Diploma in perioperative theatre and certificate in community health assistant, Health Services Support (HSS), certificate in orthopaedic and trauma technician, and Nutrition and dietetics. These programs are examined by TVET CDACC.
In 2023, we also started offering various Information Technology (IT) courses, as well as professional medical short courses, and 6-weeks training for homecare management.
Our Classes
Our classes are held within Beta Care Hospital (BCH), where our students get to interact with not only their trainers, but also different medical professionals, whether in the classroom, during club activities (like First Aid Club), or when volunteering in community initiatives (like blood donation events, medical camps, community trainings, etc.).
The institute has well equipped skills lab, spacious lecture rooms, modern books, computers, internet and other facilities to enhance the learning experience.
